These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of buckforage.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it, operated by Arkansas County Seed Co., Inc ("Buck Forage," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from this Site.

2. Products & Pricing

• We attempt to display product information and pricing accurately, but errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.
• All prices are listed in USD and exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase; we may accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
• Orders are not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping

• Estimated shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 1 DAY of delivery, provided the product is unopened/unused/in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, contact info@buckforage.com.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non refundable.

6. Product Use & Disclaimers

• Buck Forage products are intended for outdoor use only.
• Use of the product is subject to all applicable state, federal, and local hunting and wildlife regulations. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to know and comply with the laws in their jurisdiction, including any restrictions on baiting or feeding wildlife.
• Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buck Forage and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to lost profits, hunting outcomes, or violation of local wildlife regulations by the buyer. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images may not be used without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
• Submit false or misleading information when placing an order

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
